New service: LOPD adaptation
19/09/08. If you own a website, e-mail archive, or customer or employees databases, you need to declare those data with the Goverment, and follow very strict laws to protect them. Otherwise, you could face fines from 600 to 300.000 €. As from today, Impacta´s legal department offers a new service for adapting your company to this framework (Data Protection Act or LOPD).
